The farm's winery is a stone building located below the villa and is composed of a grape receiving and fermentation area with thermo-conditioned vats with a capacity of 50 - 72 hectolitres and an ageing area with wooden casks with a capacity of 500 and 1,500 litres
In addition there are vitrified cement tubs used above all for the aging of wines to be bottled in the spring following the harvest. In 1999 an improvement plan was carried out to make the winery more functional and modern with washable floors and walls.
The recently restored vinsantaia (where the vinsanto is produced) and product sampling rooms are located on the second floor of the winery.
The bottled products are instead conserved inside the warehouses separated from the winemaking cellar.
